52 SUPER SERIES World Championship 2016 Quantum Racing got their 5th TP52 world title with closest rivals Azzurra well behind them.

Their victory was nerve a pulling weekend where they were put under pressure by the defending champions with three back to back wins. Getting a Black Flag Disqualification from the 2.race Saturday extended the pressure even more.

The 52 SUPER SERIES is set up thanks to the initiative of the Roemmers Family (ARG, Azzurra/Matador), Doug DeVos (USA, Quantum Racing) and Niklas Zennström (Rán Racing) in collaboration with the TP52 Class Manager Rob Weiland (NED) and Lars Böcking (GER) of Jacaranda Marketing who put the concept together.
