2025 South African Safari Rally — A True Test of Man and Machine in the African Wilderness

The South Africa Safari Rally is a legendary name in motorsport—famous for its unpredictability and the raw connection between driver and terrain. Unlike traditional rally stages, Safari Rally routes are longer, rougher, and more remote, demanding mechanical toughness and strategic precision. The 2025 edition is expected to draw top competitors from the FIA African Rally Championship, alongside wildcard entries from across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.

The South African Safari, round three of the 2025 W2RC is scheduled to take place from 18 to 24 May 2025 and will be preceded by round one and two of the championship, which kicks off with the celebrated 2025 Dakar Rally before heading to Abu Dhabi in late February.
