the 21st edition of the Red Bull BC One World Final headed back to Rio de Janeiro (BRA) for the second time after 2012 on December 7th as 16 of the best B-Boys and 16 of the best B-Girls battled one-on-one, only a few months after breaking has made Olympic debut at Paris 2024. The world’s top and most elite competitive breakers, brought their fiery moves to the dance floor in the Farmasi Arena.
B-Boy Menno and B-Girl India from the Netherlands have been crowned the Red Bull BC One 2024 World Final Champions after an intense and thrilling showdown in Rio de Janeiro. B-Girl India secured her second Red Bull BC One World Final title, while B-Boy Menno made history as the first breaker to claim the championship belt four times. For the first time ever, both the B-Boy and B-Girl champions hail from the same country. B-Boy Menno triumphed in the b-boy bracket, pulling out unstoppable original moves, transitions and flows to beat USA’s B-Boy Icey Ives in the final round. In the women´s finals, B-Girl India outperformed Nicka from Lithuania in a thrilling battle.
Adding to the excitement of the evening, Brazil’s own B-Boy Samuka captivated the crowd with his remarkable and dynamic moves on the global stage.
