Follow the  Live stream of the  VENDÉE GLOBE. The start line laid down by the Race Committee for the 8th Vendée Globe is 1600m long and marked by the Committee boat (patrol vessel Iris) and the Vendée Globe buoy. The 29 IMOCAs will be sailing in a restricted area, with no entry for other vessels, except team boats. The 29 IMOCAs will be heading straight for the NW tip of Spain, as there is no clearance buoy.
